How To Get A Freeze Plug Out Of Block
I have a freeze plug that popped out of the block and it is behind an engine mount. The plug looks to be in perfect shape, but I can not get to the hole without removing the engine mount. Any suggestions how I can do this without taking it in?

- block heaters are kinda hard to install. you would have to drain your coolant and take out one of the freeze plugs. that's were the block heater gets put in to warm the coolant in the block.
- If I'm unable figure a way to get a good pressure test, do you think there is any harm with just replacing the freeze plugs and starting the engine to see if I get water in the oil or water coming out of the block. I assume if I do the block is cracked and I 'll need a rebuild anyway.
